Dan Osborn

Union Boss Dan Osborn abused his monopoly power over workers.1

Union bosses like Dan Osborn wield enormous power under federal law to force workers out on strike – even if some workers would prefer to stay on the job and provide for their families. Under privileges granted by Congress, union bosses like Osborn can legally threaten, fine – and even fire workers if they dare defy strike orders.

But when union boss Dan Osborn forced hundreds of Omaha Kellogg’s workers out on strike in October 2021, even a judge agreed the abuse he and his union thugs inflicted upon their coworkers required a legal injunction.2:

  • Hurling racial slurs and death threats against coworkers
  • Obstructing entrances and threatening vandalism against drivers and their vehicles
  • Harassing coworkers at their homes
  • Threatening to sexually assault the wife and young children of a coworker while he was working his shift

On November 29, 2021, a federal district judge slapped Dan Osborn PERSONALLY with an injunction3, issuing an order that he stop harassing and threatening his coworkers.

Nebraska families suffered the consequences.

But it wasn’t Dan Osborn that suffered the consequences of his allegedly illegal actions.

Nebraska families are now suffering those consequences4.

Today, the Kellogg’s plant that operated for 60 years in southwest Omaha and provided a living for generations of Nebraskans sits idle. 550 workers lost their jobs.

Meanwhile, Dan Osborn is doing just fine, launching a political career and raking in millions of dollars of campaign contributions including from his fellow union bosses5 and Democrat elites like Chuck Schumer6.

Now Dan Osborn wants to go to Washington to grant union bosses like himself EVEN MORE power.

  • Dan Osborn wants to REPEAL Nebraska’s job-creating Right to Work7 law, which simply grants workers who want nothing to do with union bosses like Osborn the right to say “NO”. If Osborn gets his way, union bosses like him would have the power to FIRE any worker who refuses to pay union dues.
  • Dan Osborn supports the PRO ACT7, a collection of every terrible idea union bosses like Osborn have ever dreamed up – including the repeal of every state Right to Work law in America.
  • Dan Osborn wants to strip workers of the right to a secret ballot election when deciding whether to unionize7.
  • Dan Osborn supports the Pushbutton Strike Bill, which grants union bosses like him the power to shut down factories at their whim by banning replacement workers7.
  • Dan Osborn REFUSES to answer his National Right to Work Committee Candidate Survey and refuses to defend the rights of workers to stand up to union bosses like him.

Please call Dan Osborn today at (402) 281-3275 and tell him to apologize for harassing workers he claimed to represent and to reject his support for forced unionism!
